Referral competition terms and conditions

Article 1.

DIGITAL ASSETS Ltd. (hereinafter: Organizer), Hrvatske mornarice 1C, 21000 Split, Republic of Croatia, VAT: 37096783668, organizes a referral competition (hereinafter: Competition) under the name "Referral competition".

The purpose of the Competition is the promotion of the Bitcoin Store services.

The rules of the Competition will be published on the website

www.bitstore.net

Article 2.

The Competition lasts from July 1, 2022, until September 1, 2022.

Article 3.

The prize pool is 5000 Tether (USDT). The amount will be shared among the first ten winners on the list.

Tether (USDT) is a cryptocurrency whose value is pegged to the value of the US dollar in a 1:1 equivalent value (1 Tether is equal to the value of 1 US dollar).

It is not possible to exchange the prize or transfer it to a third party.

Article 4.

All registered and verified Bitcoin Store users, who are either natural or legal person, are eligible to participate in the Competition.

The referred person must be over 18 years of age and resident of one of the following countries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and the Vatican.

The Organizer's employees or persons in any way connected with the business of the Organizer, as well as members of their immediate family (parents, partners, children, sisters and brothers), may not participate in the Competition.

Article 5.

Participation in the Competition is achieved when:

• Bitcoin Store user recommends the Bitcoin Store services to their friends through a unique link
• The referred person clicks on the received link and then register and verify the Bitcoin Store account
• The referred person must make a transaction in order for the referrer to be awarded by 1 referral

The person invited by the Bitcoin Store user must be a new user, i.e., a person who has never had a Bitcoin Store account. The prize fund will be shared between the top 10 users on the leaderboard. Article 6.

When the Competition ends, the Tether (USDT) from the prize pool will be automatically distributed among the winners (hereinafter: winners) of the Competition according to the leaderboard ranking, on their Bitcoin Store account.

Each winner will be notified by email that he/she provided during the process of Bitcoin Store account registration.

Once the prize pool amount is distributed among the winners, and the winners get notified via email, every further obligation towards the competition winners will end.

Article 7.

The Organizer retains the right to exclude any participant from the Competition, if the Organizer’s reputation is damaged due to the participant’s malicious actions.

Furthermore, the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify referrals that have resulted from manipulation or attempted fraud.

The participant who is excluded from the Competition has no right to appeal or receive compensation.

Any participant can be excluded from the Competition whenever there is a need to protect the legitimate interests of the Organizer, even after the reward was distributed.

Article 8.

The Competition is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or other social media platforms.

Article 9.

The personal data provided by the participant are exclusively used for the purposes of this Competition, accordingly to the Organizer's Privacy Policy.

By participating in the Competition, the winners agree that their personal data (name and surname) may be published on the official website as well as on the Organizer's Facebook and Instagram accounts.

Article 10.

The parties will attempt in good faith to negotiate a settlement to any claim or dispute between them arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

If the matter is not resolved by negotiation the parties will refer the dispute to mediation in accordance with the Croatian law at the Commercial Court of Split.

Article 11.

By participating in the Competition, the participant accepts all rights and obligations from these Terms and conditions.

The Organizer has the right to change the conditions of the Competition at any time due to changes in market conditions, risk of fraud, or other reasons, about which all participants will be informed in reasonable amount of time.
